Members sit at the top of the trust's structure. Whilst members do not undertake regular roles, they receive copies of Trustee meetings providing them with an insight as to how the trust operates.
Members meet annually and it is here they receive the annual report and the financial accounts are presented.
The three main areas the members focus on are:
- Ensuring effective and strong governance
- Ensuring pupils make expected progress and reach required levels of attainment
- Ensuring a robust financial oversight
