Facility Lettings

Holy Trinity School and Sixth Form Centre has several facilities for hire to clubs, groups and individuals. Facilities are available for hire throughout the year including weekends (except for Bank Holidays) Monday – Friday from 6.30am - 7.30am and 5.30pm - 9.30pm (term time) and 7.00am to 9.30pm during holidays, Saturday and Sunday (7.00am - 9.00pm). Requests for bookings outside of these times will be considered on a case by case basis.

Individual bookings for a one-off event, or block bookings are available and will be confirmed and accepted on receipt of a completed booking form, available from the Finance Office by emailing: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Payment for hire is made in advance unless credit terms have been agreed and will be requested by invoice.

NB: School events will take priority over external bookings. However, where a booking coincides with school events, clubs/individuals will be given as much notice as possible, and we will endeavour to make alternative arrangements to minimise any inconvenience.

School Facilities Available:

Heated Indoor Swimming Pool

A modern facility encompassing changing rooms, showers, toilets and first floor spectator gallery.

Conference Facilities

Separate conference rooms are located within the Tate Suite and offer individual / movable seating which can accommodate small social / group events and are located and accessed via the Sixth Form wing.

Concert Hall

Large and open plan, with individual / movable seating, can be used for a range of activities including table tennis / craft activities and social / group events / birthday parties. It has a capacity of approximately 250 people in theatre style. Generous front / backstage area benefits from projector facilities for presentations/films, and a theatre lighting and audio sound system meaning productions of complexity can be accommodated.

Classrooms

Classrooms throughout the main school building can be hired individually or on-block and are available to groups /organisations out of school hours and during holiday periods.

Gymnasium

The gym is suitable for indoor games, basketball / netball / short tennis /badminton and general group ‘work outs’.

All Weather Tennis /Netball Courts

The courts are set up for Netball throughout the year with the exception of summer during the tennis season, though access to netball courts may be gained during the summer on request.
