Mrs S Marlow – Chair of Governors
Mrs Marlow is an active supporter of Holy Trinity and supported the School through its transition from an independent/private school to the Free School it is today. Originally a parent, she was an active member and supporter of the PTA. She became part of the Parents' Steering Group before joining the Board of Trustees. Mrs Marlow is an owner and Managing Director of Minster Micro Computers Ltd in Kidderminster which specialises in IT systems and solutions, cyber security and ERP software.

Mr I Williams – Headteacher
Mr Williams started his career as a Science teacher in Birmingham, before moving into teaching IT and heading an IT Department in a Secondary School. Mr Williams worked as a Project and Business Manager for a government organisation focusing on advancing technology in education and then moved to directing a large school-based initial teacher training provider and teaching school alliance.
Mr Williams has a wealth of senior leadership experience across several educational sectors, including two prior headships. He has chaired the national representative body for school-based teacher training, as well as being an Education Adviser to the Premier League. As Headteacher of a large secondary school judged outstanding by Ofsted, Mr Williams successfully led the school through Covid and the post-pandemic period to deliver its best set of results in 2022. Prior to joining Holy Trinity School, Mr Williams was an Executive Leader in a Primary Multi-Academy Trust.
Dr R Peakman
Dr Peakman studied Chemistry at the University of Birmingham, achieving a PhD. He worked in industry as a Research and Development Chemist, initially for Pilkington Glass plc and then for Royal Ordnance plc in Kidderminster, where he specialised in adhesives, paints and thermal insulants. Roy achieved Health and Safety professional qualifications in 1998. Working as an H&S professional for Education at Warwickshire CC (1999) and then Solihull MBC (2001), Roy provided H&S advice, support and training to Head Teachers, Governors and Staff in Local Authority schools. Roy retired in 2015 which allows him to attend Health & Safety meetings during the School day. Dr Peakman is the link Trustee for SEND.
Mr S Whitehead
Mr Whitehead is a mechanical engineer by qualification and training and for the past 13 years has worked in the field of forensic investigation, specialising in the analysis of road traffic collisions and industrial accidents. In addition to his data and evidence-based analytical skills, Stuart brings significant experience in the litigation process. He is often called upon in his capacity as an expert witness to assist in Mediations or to give evidence in Coroners, Magistrates, Crown and County Court proceedings. Stuart is also a Holy Trinity School parent and is keen to maintain the school’s high standards.
Mrs J Riley
Jenny is a self-employed human resources consultant who applies her professional expertise to support small and medium sized businesses. Her consultancy role is built upon a highly successful career in human resource management, which began after she earned a postgraduate qualification in people management.
Jenny is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence. In addition to her fellowship, she actively serves as a mentor within the institute, offering guidance and support to fellow HR professionals.
Throughout her career, Jenny has held senior management positions across a range of business sectors. This breadth of experience enables her to bring a wealth of management insight to her role as a trustee, providing valuable support to all stakeholders involved.
Living and working within the local community, Jenny is dedicated to supporting and enhancing the development of the trust. She is particularly committed to maintaining the unique character of Holy Trinity and ensuring that every pupil, regardless of their stage in education, feels valued and is encouraged to achieve their fullest potential.

Mrs A Bysh
The Free School is run by its own Trust. Ours is called the Holy Trinity School Academy Trust. The Trust has a Board of Trustees responsible for appointing and supervising the work of the Head, setting goals and objectives for attainment, agreeing the School’s strategic plan, and approving the School’s annual budget. The Board will include up to 10 Trustees, including the Head and two elected parent governors.
