Contact Hours and Response Times.

At Holy Trinity School we value regular communication with parents and carers but in a world that is increasingly open 24 hours a day, we want to support the well being of all our community and ensure that there is a work / family life balance for all.

We are open and telephone lines are open between 8am and 5pm.  Please note that lines can be busy at peak times and email corresponce is preferable.

Our email policy is school-wide, applies to all staff and is in place to help manage expectations. Response times may vary, although we aim to respond within two working days of receipt.
